Question: I live in a community where my Home Owners Association is very particular about what and how I build, can Sun State Enclosures meet those requirements?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! Sun State Enclosures builds heavy gauge steel framed buildings and can finish the building in BRICK, STUCCO, HARDI-LAP, or VINAL SIDING to match your house, and meet (and even exceed) your Home Owners Association building specifications!

Question: I saw a street dealer that would save me about $400.00. Why would I deal with Sun State?
Answer: The bitterness of pour quality, far outlasts the sweetness of a low price! You would choose Sun State over any other company because you will be looking at and utilizing your new garage for many years to come. This might be the 3rd or 4th most important decision you will ever make. If you do your homework you will chose Sun State. If you could buy a mercedes or kia at about the same price - which would you buy? Sun State is offering you a steak not a hot-dog.

Question: I've seen "rust" in 5 short years on competitors buildings.

Question: Does it really matter that much who I hire to put up my building?
Answer: Who builds your new building (and I don't just mean the company) is paramount! Sun State has two building crews "We are blessed" we don't even have service calls because of the quality and integrity of our work crews. YES it does make a difference who builds your building.

Question: Is there any wood in the frames of your buildings?
Answer: No. Buildings are 100% commercial grade heavy gage steel framed.

Question: Who handles the engineering and permitting for the building?
Answer: We do. Will handle all of the engineering, Permitting and Final Drawings for your building as well as any letters of certification and any product approval certification required by local city codes.

Question: What about financing?
Answer: Sun State can finance your garage up to 100% with good credit.

Question: May I look at a building that Sun State has built?
Answer: Yes, Sun State has built over 500 garages in the past 10 years in N.E. FL.

Question: Can you tell me why I would build with Sun State?
Answer: Absolutley, I'll try to be brief: 36" to 44" concrete footers (stronger), 45 year warrenty (best in the industry), 100's of customer references (please call our customers), no complaints at the Better Business Bureau (pretty cool huh?), more experience than anyone else in the business (This means I could probably save you some money on your building project).
